Job description

Tripnity is mission oriented, that is to say a company acting on environmental and socialissues. Tripnity is composed of Iconosquare (statistical and marketing tools for Instagram,Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn since 2011) a Start-up Studio (aiming at investing and developingproper services with high environmental value) and a Think Tank on radical ecology.

Operating on a human scale, Tripnity encourages cultural diversity, personal development andplaces individuals at the center of the company implementing a shared governance systemsupported by 3 pillars such as non-violent communication, collective intelligence andmindfulness.

Within a 48-people team of 14 different nationalities, working in a 650 m² inspiring office inLimoges, in a multicultural co-working space in Berlin or alternatively, you will closely workwith the person in charge of our shared governance system and with our 7 managers. Englishwill be the common language used to communicate with the Berlin team and the non Frenchnative speakers.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and managing a pool of potential candidates for Tripnity, with close attention toequality and diversity.

  • Supporting the recruitment process in coordination with the team involved.

  • Supporting each employee from recruitment (on-boarding) to potential departure from thecompany (off-boarding) as well as their integration to the team, helping them flourishthroughout their career and ensuring them a high degree of future employability. In this context,you will be in charge of wage increases.

  • Maintaining links with people who left Tripnity and joined other organizations, based on thebelief that the future of the company will be hybrid and that former employees could help us atdifferent moments and/or come back in the company enriched by a different experience.

Skills

  • You have more than 5 years of HR experience and a proficient (C2) level in English.

  • You are sensitive to mediation and can be accompanied by our NVC coaches if needed.

  • You are granted with a high degree of autonomy, which is not an empty word but a dailyreality.



  • Joining the company, you will follow 6-day trainings in NVC and collective intelligence - two outof our three working pillars.
    You will have to travel to Berlin from time to time to ensure the strongest bond possible with theteam on ground.
