What are the differences between the PRO, ADVANCED and ENTERPRISE plans?

With the PRO plan, great for small businesses and professional marketers, you get access to Competitor tracking and reporting (1 per social profile), Hashtag tracking and reporting (1 per social profile), XLS exports, and weekly, monthly and yearly reports. You can also create 5 customized Feeds and benefit from the Conversations tab with access to comment exports. You have access to the Albums with analytics to sort your own media,  and you also have access to our Industry Benchmark feature for both Instagram and Facebook! This plan includes access to 3 social profile slots and 2 team members.

With the ADVANCED plan, which is ideal for marketing teams, you get access to the same features as the PRO plan but with a bigger scope. Competitors tracking and reporting (5 per social profile), Hashtag tracking and reporting (5 per social profile), and 7 customized Feeds. You can create your own Custom dashboard (exportable in PDF and XLS format) based on the metrics which are most important to you! You can also create a Dashboard pulling in data from multiple different social profiles (Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter), great if you're managing a brand. You have access to our exclusive Tags & Mentions Feed for social listening, access to the Mentions tracker which allows you to reply to your Instagram mentions, and the ability to export PDF as well as XLS reports with custom date ranges. The ADVANCED plan also includes promoted post analytics for any posts you've promoted on Instagram! And, most recently, the Advanced plan also includes access to our new Collaboration feature in the Scheduler, allowing you to send your posts to external collaborators for approval! This plan includes access to 5 social profile slots and unlimited team members.

With the ENTERPRISE plan, perfect for Agencies, you have all of the same features as the ADVANCED plan, but with more competitor and hashtag slots (10 per social profile), as well as the ability to add your company logo to your PDF reports. This plan also provides you with a dedicated Customer Success Manager to help you with onboarding and training. This plan includes access to 10 social profile slots and unlimited team members.
