What is Omnilink?
Omnilink (powered by Iconosquare) is a tool that allows you to create a customizable landing page with multiple redirections.
Who can access it?
Currently, Omnilink is available exclusively to all existing Iconosquare users with an active paid subscription.
How does it work?
Create your landing page on Omnilink, get your unique URL, add the URL to your social media profiles, and allow your visitors to be driven to your other social media profiles, your website, YouTube channel and more!
Can I see analytics about my visitors?
Yes! Omnilink provides in-depth analytics to help you understand where your visitors are coming from and how they're interacting with your content.
How do I find my way around the tool?
See analytics for your landing page, including Total visitors, Total clicks, Page views, Average clicks per visitor, Unique views & clicks by country, Sources and Most clicked links.
You can also select the date range you’d like to focus on when viewing these analytics.
Preview how your landing page looks on both desktop and mobile, to see exactly what your visitors will see.
Edit your landing page info (including your unique URL, display name and description), avatar and cover images, social links, and use the templates to edit the design of your page (including font and colors).
Manage your account settings, including your account email address and timezone. Here, you can also change your account password, and delete your account.
How do I build my page?
Head to the My Page section, and click on the + icon at the bottom right of the screen to create a new card. Here, you can choose between Text & Links, Videos (allowing you to link to YouTube videos), or Instagram. If you want to move any sections, click and drag on the dots at the top of each card. If you want to edit a card, just click on the pencil icon at the top right of the card.
I’m trying to add an Instagram card - why am I being asked to log into Facebook?
We connect to your Instagram account through Facebook, and at this point, we check which Facebook pages you’re Admin of (and therefore which Instagram profiles are connected to those Facebook pages).
I can’t see the Instagram account I’m looking for, why?
You will only be able to add Instagram business profiles or Creator profiles, and you must be an Admin of the Facebook page linked to the Instagram profile. If your Instagram profile is not listed, it’s likely to be for one of the following reasons:
- You have a personal and/or private Instagram profile (not Business or Creator). Unsure? Check here!
- You’re not an Admin of the Facebook page linked to your Instagram profile. Find out how to check if you're Admin or not here.
- The Instagram profile is not correctly linked to a Facebook page (you can check this on your Instagram profile, under Edit Profile → Profile Information → Page. Click on the page name, and make sure there's a checkmark showing next to it, as below:
Where can I find my Omnilink URL?
You can view/copy your unique URL on the Overview page.
How can I create an additional Omnilink page?
Create additional pages by clicking the + icon at the top right of the screen:
